Halo is living up to his name.
Cat's Name:
We adopted a tiny kitten and was told that it was a girl. My youngest son came up with the name Sugarcake for 'her'. When we got her to the vet, we were informed that it was, in fact, a boy. After a week of struggling to find a proper name, we settled with Halo. It fits him well, since it's unique enough for a white, odd eyed cat (one green eye, one pale blue), and he has a habit of perching on my shoulders and walking back and forth, liking to hang around my head.

We had the exact same situation! We have a white cat with one green and one blue eye that we originally thought was a girl, so we named it Cari, we have since been informed that it was a boy but have kept the name as he responds to it!
