The story of Kihu

I found kihu with 4 other kittens in an abandoned litter under a broken down car down my old, ghetto street. They were ridden with fleas and my bf (now fiance) and I took them to the vet to find out what to feed them since they were only about 2-3 weeks old. I kept them all for about a week and gave them all names, Loki, Naomi, Simba, Fluffy, and Kihu. Kihu was the most attached to me and I got really attached to him. While I was moving out of my ghetto neighborhood, back to my dad's house, I went through hell to keep him. It took forever trying to find someone who could watch him for me until I got my new apartment, since my dad wouldn't let my baby kitten stay in his house. Eventually we found him a place. He stayed with my bf's mom for about 2 months. She told me my bf's brother was getting attached to him and she was going to give Kihu to him; I turned into a freaking monster until she agreed she wouldn't give MY cat away.. It was problem after problem. I also told her before he stayed with her that he was an indoor cat since my last, beloved cat, Daisy was killed by coyotes. I found out she had been letting him out behind my back the entire time so when I stayed with her for the last 2 weeks before the big move, I tried as much as I could to keep him inside. (it's like she TRIED making him go outside..) 2 nights before my move my bf's brother and his friends were drunk as hell, and because they were in and out so much that night, Kihu got outside. As he and his friends sped off driving drunk.. He ended up killing my kitten.. And I still cry over him to this day. I miss him and I tried so hard for him. RIP Kihu.. I'm so sorry. I loved you so freaking much.
