Ugly Duckling Becomes Swan
Cat's Name:
When our stray cat Abracadabra had her litter of 7 kittens under my sons bed, they were quite a mixed lot. Abby is a Maine Coon mix with long, thick fur. She popped out 2 solid black males, 2 grey & brown tabby males, 2 black & white males and one splotched multi-colored female. All 7 kittens had short fur. The female was the ugliest thing ever seen, so her name became ALF (Alien Life Form)!! ALF has since blossomed from ugly duckling to beautiful swan. She's a gorgeous dark-hued tortie. We kept 3 of the kittens (Ghost, Frostbite & ALF).
