Soleil the cat

My boyfriend & I got Soleil from Pet Valu which 100% SUPPORTS pet rescues & shelters. Soleil was from the Humane Society originally but they ran out of room at the shelter so they took her in hopes to find her a better home.

Her name Soleil (pronounced "So-Lay" is French for Sun, we believe she was named after "Cirque Du Soleil" because of her energy) which is really uniquw & French, though she acts French at times.

Soleil is 3 1/2 (going to be 4 late August) & the story behind her is that when she was brought in she was a stray cat who was pregnant with kittens. Her last kitten got a home so she ended up waiting to find a home, she was spayed but her whole life she was in a cage.

Soleil loves being a lapcat, talking, being rubbed on her belly & laying right at the window.

When she was adopted by us, she ran around the bachelor pad, once the 1 bedroom apartment comes in August & we move in she will have more room to run around.
