Skeezix

Skeezix was given to me by a friend because he was tormenting her 70 lb Greyhound. He is polydactyl, an extra toe on his front paws. Some how the name seemed to fit him. Skeezix was a character in the Gasoline Alley cartoon strip. The name's origins are uncertain, a motherless calf is a called a Skeezix. Also a loose translation is "mischievous spirit"

My cat is prone to wildness at times, he'll launch a surprise attack on my leg, or spring out of nowhere and land on my chest. He'll bat a "puck" down the floor like a hockey player going for the goal and slide into a wall. Once with a flying leap onto the kitchen table he slid across on a place mat off the other end knocking things onto floor as he went. He can climb the stairs in two seconds flat. He just loves to bat things around with his mitts.
