When you admire the astonishing beauty of Botticelli's Aphrodite, the lady you are looking at many centuries later is Simonetta.
Simonetta Cattaneo Vespucci, Italian Renaissance noblewoman, was Sandro Botticelli's favourite model...http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Simonetta_Vespucci
I found Simonetta somewhere in the winter, with her two new-born brothers, which I called Medoro and Lisandro. Their had no mama, maybe se had died.
Unfortunately, the two male cats were two fragile and couldn't survive, but the female one was stronger!
I found her so sweet and delicate, soft and feminine in her tender look, that I called her Simonetta. Something "little" and female and fragile, but somekind noble, even if she was a common cat.
