History of my cat's name

I saw the word in a crossword puzzle I was doing and it was the answer to "a peak in China". I instantly fell in love with the name, but if separated into two words, Pu Ling, it means "beautiful, uncut Jade". When my Siamese cat Min Tu had her last litter (she had only two little girls), I named them Ping Li and Puling. My son-in-law called them "Pu Ping".... What can I say.
