Suey!

Well, Let's start from the beggining...
My mom and I rescued four kittens (in a plastic bag) that we found alongside an old county road. I was coming back from my dad's house and decided to take this old road....we saw them and he wouldn't stop....so mom and I decided to pick them up. We went back and found them (it was night), thankfully we knew the road well because that's where we went Paw Paw hunting (if you don't know what Paw Paws are Google it). There was four, and they fit in the palm of our hands. They were barely weaned. When we returned home, my mom called her mom (Nancy Sue), and told her the story. My grandma said it was meant for us to go down that road and find the kittens. We kept all four kittens until we found homes for all of them (my dad took one haha)except the runt. We hadn't planned on keeping any of them since we already had a kitten show up on our doorstep the year before (Jezebel Boo) but, those sweet yellow eyes and charming personality won us over. So we had to pick a name for her. We googles cat names (which is what I was doing now for another kitten that showed up at our doorstep....mom says there must be an invisible sign that says "Leave unwanted kittens here and amazing cat nip" because we always seem to get kittens on our doorstep and our catnip seems to magically disapear). We couldn't come up with anything that fit. Then my brother's night nurse (who's a cat lover) started calling her "Suey!" and it struck Mom that Sue was her mother's middle name. So we decided to call her "Nanny Sue" or "Suey" for short.
