Raining cats & dogs

My sister has woods I her back yard, and about a 6 week grey kitty with white paws appeared. She had wood ticks in her eyes, I could feel every bone in her body. I have her a bath. Introduced her to her big sister, a black & white Jack Russel named ladybugs. They fell in love. It was meant to be. We named her bugsby. My brothers in law said it was raining Cats & dogs during the storm, and this little kitty appeared all alone, scared, & hungry. She fell into the right back yard.
